Resolution Resource Fair - Oct. 15

In celebration of Conflict Resolution Day, a number of resources on campus are getting together with information and answers to your questions, so that if something challenging comes up at UC Davis, youll know your options.

On the Road in Santa Barbara, Thursday November 5, 2015

These educational seminars serve to not only communicate to the California wine industry the research being done here at UC Davis, but also serves as a way to listen to the industry. We are continuously trying to make sure that the research we perform is relevant and useful to the wine industry. We have been on the road in Napa, Sonoma, Paso Robles, and Lodi and if we havent come to your area, Im sure we will be there in the next year or two. If you havent seen us, feel free to email us and suggest a location and some topics of interest.

Save The Date!! Food Equity Forum - Nov. 2, 2015

An interactive forum will highlight food equity efforts in California, with a special focus on the Central Valley. Facilitated dialog between the speakers and audience will address the obstacles and opportunities for leveraging the resources and research capacity of the university to promote equitable food systems change.

UC Davis Farmers Market - thru Nov. 11

The UC Davis Farmers Market is designed to promote student health as well as local and campus foods. It is a seasonal on-campus extension of the Davis Farmers Market and runs each Wednesday during fall and spring quarters at the UC Davis Quad.

October is Food Month!

Food Day inspires Americans to change their diets and our food policies. Created by the nonprofit Center for Science in the Public Interest and driven by a diverse coalition of food movement leaders and citizens, Food Day aims to bring us closer to a food system with real and healthy just food that is produced with care for the environment, animals, and the women and men who grow, harvest, and serve it.

UCDHS Family Care and Resources - Oct. 20

This presentation will cover an overview of the Bright Horizons Care Advantage program provided by the University of California system to support the dependent care needs of the employees, faculty, and staff.
