As of May 15, 2013, almost all airports in the US have eliminated the use of the white I-94 card that used to be stapled in the passport of international visitors. Instead, airport passport inspectors are stamping the passport with the status and entering the I-94 information in an online database.

A simple survey tool allows customers of BFTV Cluster services to provide feedback to the various support teams. This tool is connected through the RT (Request Tracker) system which is heavily used by the cluster staff to track support issues and provide metrics in each of the functional areas.
