The Lab Assistant II will assist with harvest operations for the 2016 season at the Teaching and Research Winery. Our team is focused on supporting the teaching and research needs of the faculty, staff and students of the Department of Viticulture and Enology. In any given season, we will process up to one hundred tons of fruit. There could be as many as 400 individual fermentations.
