Satisfaction Survey Provides Feedback to BFTV Cluster Teams
April 11, 2013
We write to invite you to review and submit comments about a proposed system-wide policy on information technology (IT) accessibility.
A simple survey tool allows customers of BFTV Cluster services to provide feedback to the various support teams. This tool is connected through the RT (Request Tracker) system which is heavily used by the cluster staff to track support issues and provide metrics in each of the functional areas.
If you wonder about how long it should take to get that hard drive replaced and restored, here is a list of jobs and estimated times for completion.
The BFTV Information Technology Support Team is available to help with administrative, research and instructional computing needs. email@example.com
