Satisfaction Survey Provides Feedback to BFTV Cluster Teams

The new web site,, is designed to provide a quick and easy way to measure customer satisfaction within the BFTV Cluster. Most RT queues will now have a link displayed at the bottom of the resolution emails sent to customers when a job is complete. This will give customers one-click access to the simple, single page survey form. 

This feedback will be used to continually enhance the service provided by the cluster teams. By following the link provided in the RT email, the system will automatically pick out the proper RT Queue and include the ticket number. If you go to the web site directly, you can pick a queue to survey and provide a ticket number if you have one. Otherwise, the survey is generally available for customers to provide feedback at any time.
