Under general supervision of the Vice Chancellor and Chief Financial Officer (VC-CFO), participate in the day-to-day coordination of activities for the Vice Chancellor's Office in a highly complex, highly confidential, fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Under general supervision of the Shop and Field Supervisor, diagnose and repair aerosol particulate samplers, deploy samplers to field locations for routine network and special studies and communicate with network operators at field locations throughout the United States. Responsible for routine and emergency maintenance of the network.

Under the guidance of the Payroll Supervisor, support a wide variety of clients in the following areas: process payroll and personnel transactions (e.g., new hire, employee separation, individual salary actions, time management and entry, leave balance and employment service credit reconciliation, student work study, salary over/under payments). Resolve key issues related to these payroll transactions.

Under the general direction of the Assistant Director for Capital and Space Planning, this position is responsible for providing analysis, information, and recommendations to senior campus leadership on space planning, policy and implementation of space-related initiatives on the Davis campus.

Under direction of the Assistant Director- Capital and Space Planning, this position is responsible for providing expert analysis, information, and recommendations to senior campus leadership for capital projects. This position supports the campus capital planning functions, including capital project development, feasibility analysis, and the project approval process in the furtherance of the campus mission.
