Assistant Professor of Crop Sensing and Automation Departments of Viticulture and Enology and Biological and Agricultural Engineering University of California, Davis The Departments of Viticulture and Enology and Biological and Agricultural Engineering in the College of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences at the University of California, Davis are recruiting an Assistant Professor of Crop Sensing and Automation in Vineyard Systems with a preferred emphasis in sensor development, robotics, biological and agricultural engineering, viticulture, plant science, or a related field.

Harvest lab assistant needed for V&E winery.

The Lab Assistant II will assist with harvest operations for the 2016 season at the Teaching and Research Winery. Our team is focused on supporting the teaching and research needs of the faculty, staff and students of the Department of Viticulture and Enology. In any given season, we will process up to one hundred tons of fruit. There could be as many as 400 individual fermentations. The successful candidate will participate in laboratory, crush pad and general wine processing operations.
