You are invited to attend the UC Davis Department of Food Science and Technology seminar on Wednesday November 17th at 4:10 PM by Zoom.
Stephanie Dungan, Professor and Engineer, Food Science and Technology, Chemical Engineering, will present “Phospholipids as carriers of water-insoluble compounds.”
Alda Pires, Associated Professor for Cooperative Extension, School of Veterinary Medicine, will present “Epidemiological approaches to better understand foodborne pathogen dynamics in alternative agricultural systems.”
The seminar will be in-person in room 1207 RMI South for the students in FST290, and available via Zoom for all others.
