You are invited to attend the UC Davis Department of Food Science and Technology seminar on Wednesday October 6th at 4:10 PM by Zoom. This fall, the Food Science department seminars will be presented by our own department researchers.
Dr. Andrew Gravelle , Assistant Professor, Food Science and Technology, will present “Characterizing structure/function relationships in foods for tailored performance.”
Dr. David Mills, Professor, Food Science and Technology, Viticulture and Enology, will present “Next generation strategies for next generation probiotics: Milk-based tools to make probiotics more effective.”
The seminar will be in-person in room 1207 RMI South for the students in FST290, and available via Zoom for all others.
