You are invited to attend the UC Davis Department of Food Science and Technology seminar on Wednesday October 13th at 4:10 PM by Zoom. This fall, the Food Science department seminars will be presented by our own department researchers.
Dr. Luxin Wang , Associate Professor, UC Davis Food Science and Technology, will present “Ensuring the microbial safety of produce, seafood, and animal products.”
Dr. Glen Fox, Anheuser-Busch Endowed Professor of Malting and Brewing Sciences, UC Davis Food Science and Technology, will present “Challenging old paradigms: Content vs composition of malts used in brewing.”
The seminar will be in-person in room 1207 RMI South for the students in FST290, and available via Zoom for all others.
