Christopher Simmons, Department Chair, Professor, Food Science and Technology, will present “Virtual Food Processing Facility."

Moshe Rosenberg, Professor and Specialist, Dairy Engineering and Technology, Food Science and Technology, will present “A Story about an Interface.”

The seminar will be in-person in room 1207 RMI South for the students in FST290, and available via Zoom for all others.
