You are invited to attend the UC Davis Department of Food Science and Technology seminar on Wednesday November 10th at 4:10 PM by Zoom.  

Nitin Nitin, Department Vice-Chair, Professor and Engineer, Food Science and Technology, Biological and Agricultural Engineering, UC Davis, will present “Nature Inspired Biomaterials for Enhancing Quality, Health Impacts and Safety of Food Systems.“

Julien Delarue, Assistant Professor in Sensory and Consumer Science, Food Science and Technology, UC Davis, will present “Sensory-led food reformulation.“

The seminar will be in-person in room 1207 RMI South for the students in FST290, and available via Zoom for all others.
