Professor Jean-Xavier Guinard will present, “The Flip Strategy for healthy, sustainable and delicious eating… and a coffee to follow". His visiting student Elena Romeo from the Basque Culinary Center (Spain) will present: "Consumers, chefs, and scientists: from gastronomy to a healthier and more delicious future".
We welcome everyone in the Robert Mondavi Institute complex to join us in-person in room 1207 Robert Mondavi Institute South. Pizza and beverage will be provided. Note the seminar starts at 12:10 pm. to give everyone a chance to get food.
