Professor Luca Cocolin from the University of Torino, Italy will present, ”Microbiome in the food system: challenges and opportunities”.

We welcome everyone in the Robert Mondavi Institute complex to join us in-person in room 1207 Robert Mondavi Institute South. Pizza and beverage will be provided. Note the seminar starts at 12:10 pm. to give everyone a chance to get food.
