Our last Food Science and Technology department seminar of the quarter will be Wednesday, March 5 at 4:10 PM. 

Nicholas Bokulich, PhD student in David Mills' lab, will present his exit seminar titled, "Microbial Terroir". 

Note the change in location: It will be held in the RMI Sensory Theater. 

This is a seminar not to be missed. Nick's accomplishments during his brief time at UC Davis are truly astounding.
