The next FST Department Seminar will be tomorrow, Wednesday January 29 at 4:10 PM in room 1207 RMI-South. Professor Charlie Bamforth, Anheuser-Busch Endowed Professor of Malting and Brewing Sciences, Food Science and Technology will speak on "Brewing: Where Science and Technology Meet in Pursuit of Art."
