This week's Food Science seminar will be presented by Dr. Ayelet Fishman, Associate Professor, Department of Biotechnology and Food Engineering, Technion, Haifa Israel, who is a visiting scientist in Moshe Rosenberg's lab. Dr. Fishman will present a seminar titled, "Beyond Beer and Bread: Rose Smelling Yeast". 

The seminar will be tomorrow, February 12 at 4:10 PM in room 1207 RMI-South.
