Dr. Kyria Boundy-Mills, Curator of the Phaff Yeast Culture Collection, will present "New and Creative Uses for the Phaff Yeast Culture Collection". Assistant Cooperative Extension Specialist Dr. Erin DiCaprio will present, "Supporting Food Systems through Innovations in Food Science Extension".
The seminar will be in-person in room 1207 RMI South for the students in FST290, and available via Zoom for all others.
