Wine Education Sensory Tasting presented by the UC Davis Alumni Wine Program

Join Dr. Craig and Karen Senders of Senders Wines, an Alumni Wine Program partner, for an afternoon of wine sensory education. Craig has a unique perspective as both a winemaker and Director of UC Davis Health Systems Cleft and Craniofacial Program 

Explore the role your senses play in tasting wine, from your nose to your taste buds, as Craig walks through the complex role our senses play in interpreting equally complex wines-- and how exactly that role relates to the charity work Senders Wines sponsors around the world. 

This interactive presentation includes a library tasting of Senders Wines awarding winning wines paired with light appetizers.
