Posted on behalf of Erin DiCaprio and Thais Ramos:

We are researchers working on a USDA Food Safety Outreach Project and we are conducting interviews with small-scale food processors to better understand current practices around food safety training and regulation barriers at their farm/company.  (For this study, "small-scale food processor" is defined as 500 employees or less.) The interview will be 30-45 minutes long and will contain a short survey at the end. Participants will be compensated with a $75 gift card. The data gathered will be used to help develop better training for small-scale food processors.

If you are a small-scale food processor and are interested in participating in our study, you can schedule an interview with us clicking on this registration link https://purdue.ca1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_9nL7BTdp7U1h7pA or using the information on the attached flyer.

Additionally, please feel free to share this study with anyone in your network. It would be extremely appreciated and helpful. If you'd like to share the study with others, I have attached a flyer to this post. If you have any questions about the study, feel free to contact me.
