The New Yorker magazine published an excerpt of the upcoming book by science writer Ed Yong, I Contain Multitudes: The Microbes Within Us and a Grander View of Life which will be published on August 9th. The excerpt covers the work of FST Professors Bruce German, David Mills, Daniela Barile and UCDMC pediatrician Mark Underwood, who collaborate on milk and lactation projects within the Food for Health Institute.
