In order to ensure that UC Davis continues to meet the research and educational needs of the members of the California fruit and vegetable processing industry, I have established the Diane M. Barrett Fruit and Vegetable Faculty FellowshipPlease click on this link to donate to this faculty fellowship, which will support faculty in the Department of Food Science working on issues relevant to the fruit and vegetable processing industry.

Ms. Zann Gates, Registration Coordinator, is available by phone at 530-752-5901 or email zgates@ucdavis.edu for logistical questions, or feel free to contact me at dmbarrett@ucdavis.edu if I may be of assistance or answer any technical questions. We look forward to seeing you in May! This will be my LAST outreach event for the tomato industry before my retirement at the end of June 2016!
