Successful FST Research Symposium held on December 8

The Department of Food Science & Technology Research Symposium was held on December 8th 2016. The one day event included talks from FST faculty, graduate students, and postdocs. 

Posters were presented by postdocs and graduate students who had entered the annual Robert Mondavi Institute poster competition. See the list of winners below. 

Additionally, the event featured talks from representatives of the California Institute for Food and Agricultural Research (CIFAR) and the new UC Davis Coffee Center. 

The keynote lecture was given by William Rosenzweig on "The Extraordinary Future of Food." See the full program at the bottom of this page.
