Dr. Mills in Korea

Professor David Mills presented as a Plenary speaker at the Korean Society for Food Science International Symposium and Annual Meeting on June 28 in Busan, Korea.  His talk was titled "Mammals, Milk and Microbes: The role of Milk in the Establishment and Function of the Neonate gut Microbiome"

The Korean Society of Food Science and Technology (KoSFoST) is a voluntary, nonprofit scientific association.  The symposium and annual meeting celebrated the 50th year of the organization.  Over 2000 people attended, and the theme was " KoSFoST beyond 50 Years: Renew the New in Food Science".
