Food Science and Technology Departments hosts undergraduate students from Nanjing Agricultural University

A group of 23 undergraduate students from Nanjing Agricultural University (NAU) in China visited the Food Science and Technology Department on January 27 and listened to lectures by Professors Carl Winter, Nitin Nitin, Linda Harris, Charlotte Biltekoff, and Daniela Barile. The students were participating in a two-week NAU-UC Davis Graduate Education Conference on One Health, which provided opportunities for NAU students who have an interest in attending graduate programs at UC Davis to learn more about UC Davis Programs as part of the NAU-UC Davis concept for the One Health Center for Food Safety.
