Congratulations to the 74 individuals who completed the "Food Safety Preventive Controls Alliance (FSPCA) Preventive Controls for Human Foods Course". 

Completion of this standardized curriculum meets the FDA training requirements for a "preventive controls qualified individual (PCQI)". Certain activities in the Preventive Controls for Human Food Regulations must be completed by a PCQI. The curriculum was offered as part of the 2017 FST 109 Principles of Quality Assurance in Food Processing with Drs. Kathryn McCarthy and Erin DiCaprio serving as lead instructors.
