Each quarter, CAPS holds the "UC Davis Therapy Fluffies De-Stress Event" at the MU flagpole area where students can come and pet dogs during midterms season to relieve stress from tests, essays, labs, etc. Studies have shown that petting a kind animal can "help manage stress and improve well-being".
