Lecturer – FST104L Food Microbiology Laboratory

The Department of Food Science and Technology at the University of California, Davis invites applications for a lecturer positions to teach FST104L – Food Microbiology Laboratory during the Spring 2018 Quarter. See http://foodscience.ucdavis.edu/ for course descriptions.

Qualified candidates will have a PhD degree in food science or a related field, experience in the food industry or academia, and experience with food development. Prior teaching experience, especially in the Food Product Development area, is highly desirable. SALARY AND APPOINTMENT LEVEL: commensurate with the course teaching load and experience.
