Eat, drink, learn  wine and food pairing education presented by the UC Davis Alumni Wine Program.

There are a lot of rules about what to eat with wine. That white wine should only be served with fish and chicken; that red wine should only be served with red meats. The list goes on.

Join us for a tasty introduction into the art and science of food and wine pairing, along with a presentation by Brad Kitson, UC Davis alum and wine maker, who will share ideas on the principles of how to create the perfect, simple, food and wine pairings.

Chef Kristine Schug, of Schug Carneros Estate Winery, will be adding her expertise with food to prepare special pairings to go along with our wines for this event.
