FST students and faculty present at IFT on Design Thinking for Food

Together with FST faculty Drs. Charlotte Biltekoff and Lauren Shimek, three FST students presented at the Institute of Food Technologists' Annual Meeting in Las Vegas. Topher McNeil, Lianna Tilton and Emily Ma presented with their professors on the IFTNext stage to over 200 enthusiastic people about the new pilot course "Design Thinking for Food".
